5. We will carry out the transfer of ownership on-line & you will receive a print out of same.

What do I do if I have finance on my car?
If you have finance outstanding on your car, thatÕs no problem. We simply find out your settlement amount (money outstanding to bank, differs to balance) & if your car is worth more we simply pay you the difference. If your car is worth less than your settlement, you make up the balance.

What do I bring with me?
When you first come to us all you need to bring is your car. When you have agreed to sell us your car you will need to bring the following: 1) Registration Certificate (very important), this enables us to transfer ownership & proves you own the car. 2) All keys available. 3) NCT Certificate (if applicable). 4) Service history along with any invoices available.

What do I do if I am missing any documents/keys?
That is no problem, we will ask you if you are missing anything on your first visit. If one of the documents or keys cannot be found, give us a call & we can sort something out.
